Come talk to us. Tell us about your crew. Tell us what you want to do. More importantly, tell us what you want to build with everyone already here.
Membership decisions, permanent assignments, build placement, land impact, shared assets, technical administration, and anything affecting the continued operation of the sim.
Also the right place for a serious problem that the Council could not resolve.
Shared stories, joint events, collaborative projects, cross crew plots, and disputes between commands. If you are bringing an established crew, the Council is where the roleplay conversation happens.
New to the sim, looking for a crew, want to know when things run, or just curious? Discord and the out of character welcome area are the fastest route. You do not need to go through anybody official.
Established groups seeking a permanent berth should start with the command application. It reaches the Admirals directly and gives us what we need before the conversation.
In Second Life, reach any of the Admirals by IM or notecard. A notecard survives an offline cap. An IM sometimes does not.

The sim runs in Second Life. The out of character welcome area is the place to arrive first: it explains where things are, who is recruiting, and what is running this week.
If the sim link on this page has not been set yet, ask in Discord and somebody will send you a landmark.
Two things that save everybody time:
Welcome aboard.
